Frequently Asked Questions

I'm trying to place an order but it keeps saying 'error'?  Are you trying to make your purchase using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet? Unfortunately there have been some issues with some devices.  In which case it is better to try and make your purchase via a desktop computer.

How long does it take to make an order? This can depend on the size of your order.  The delivery page at the foot of the website displays our most up-to-date processing time.   You will also have this confirmed once a Processing email is sent.

What happens when I place my order?  You will immediately receive an 'order confirmation' email, detailing your order and any details/notes you left with your order.  Please check that everything is spellt as you wish it to be printed.

You will then receive a processing email, to let you know that your order is in process.  This email will also confirm the dispatch timescales for your particular order.

When your order is ready to leave our workshop, you will receive a 'dispatched' email confirming that your order is on its way and will contain your consignment number if you've paid for a courier delivery.

What if I need my order quickly?  Please get in touch with us first, to make sure we can accomodate this.  We do prefer to stick to published timescales so that quality is never compromised.  We always advise that you order as early as possible to ensure you're order is in our system, even if you don't have all your details as yet.

Do you have a shop so I can see the range in person?  Creative Blossom is an online store only.  We take orders via our website and dispatch within the displayed timescales.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about design changes, size changes etc.

Can I collect my order?  Unfortunately no, we only dispatch orders via Royal Mail, DPD or TNT

I have a discount code, but it's not working?  This could be one of two reasons:

  1. The code has expired
  2. Most codes require capitals, so if you have tried it in lowercase, try using capitals.

How much do you charge for Delivery ?  Please refer to our 'Delivery' page, located at the foot of our website pages.

Do you ship outside the UK?  We currently only ship within the UK and to Ireland.
