Creative Blossom is committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order. The type of information we will hold about you includes:
- your name
- phone number
- email address
This information will be used to dispatch your order and for notifications about your order, such as processing and dispatch info etc.
All payments are processed through a choice of either PayPal or Create Payments using WorldPay. Creative Blossom has no access to any of your financial details. If Paypal is your prefered choice customers do not need a PayPal account to make a payment as one-time payments can also be made using Paypal.
Cookies are small files or pieces of information stored by the browser on the hard drive of your computer or device. Our cookies or those of our third parties DO NOT store your personal information.

MAKING A PURCHASE
By making a purchase on this website you enter into a contract and payment is requested at the time of purchase. We accept all major Debit/Credit cards which are processed securely from a choice of using PAYPAL or Create Payments using WorldPay. Card details are NOT stored and they cannot be viewed by Creative Blossom. All prices shown are in (£'s) sterling and we reserve the right to alter these at any time.
All products are described as accurately as possible with accurate detailing on the relevant product page. All of our products are handmade to order. Personalisation details shown on product pictures are intended as examples. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at any time.
To showcase our work, we may take photos of items you have purchased, or use photos you have submitted. These images may be selected to be published on the website or any of the selling platforms we use, they may also be used in promotions we are doing to include social media and print publications. Please let us know if you do not wish for your photo or details to be used in this way. All images remain our copyright.
You must ensure that personalisation details are correctly entered into our Personalisation box at the time of order. Any mistakes made by you can be rectified if we are notified in time.
Any mistakes made by us will be rectified but must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please note, we DO NOT print details that include: defamatory, offensive, threatening, indecent, inflammatory or discriminatory content.
We dispatch to the UK and overseas, please select your country at the checkout. Please see our Delivery Page for our current dispatch times.
DELAYS IN TRANSIT LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You will recieve notification by email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail or our couriers, if your order does not arrive when expected we urge you to wait a few more days in case your order comes slightly later. In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged whilst in transit you must report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, photographic evidence of the damage will be required via an email attachment.
All our products are handmade to order, we therefore do not accept returns in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), however should your item be faulty due to an error on our part (such as a spelling error or damage in transit) we will replace it for you.
Items that are NOT personalised can be returned to us within 7 WORKING days for a full refund. The return postage cost is met by you the customer. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
It is advised that you use a Courier next day service that will provide you with a tracking number. This will evidence your return has been received by us. All intended returns must be reported to us in writing (i.e: by email) within 48 hours of receipt.
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), we do not accept cancellations for our handmade to order or personalised items, however if you need to make any changes to your order if we are contacted in time, we will make the necessary alteration.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms at any time to ensure we keep updated with current policy and legislation. By using our website you accept that you will be responsible for ensuring you stay updated with any changes to our terms.
Creative Blossom will not be held responsible for any incidents arising from the misuse of any products purchased from us.
