How long will it take for my order to arrive

Please note whilst we can guarantee our dispatch times, we have no control over Royal Mail's delivery times as that is outside of our control.
Which shipping services do you use
We use Royal Mail's 48hr tracked service. You can upgrade to 24hr tracked via our Priority option at the checkout.
Do you do express shipping
Yes you can upgrade to our Priority shipping service at the checkout. Your order will be sent out in 1-3 working days.
How much do you charge for delivery

I forgot to use the discount code
Discount codes can only be applied at the time of your purchase, we're technically unable to apply a discount code after a transaction has taken place. However if you can identify the discount code that you've seen, we're more than happy to give you an exclusive code for a future purchase.
I have access to two discount codes, can i use both
Sometimes we run several promotions simultaneously. However if you have access to more than one discount code 99% of the time only 1 can be applied at the checkout.

Can i collect my order
For personalised gifts we're an online store only.
For business to business customers we do allow collections.
Do you ship outside the UK
The only country outside the UK is Ireland at the moment.
A a result of Brexit ,please note that you are now soley responsible for any customs charges and import tax/fees to be paid before delivery of your item can be made.
We take no responsibility for this, any items that are returned to us as a result will be held until the re-shipping charge is paid to allow us to re-ship your order.

Christmas dispatch
Orders placed after the 6th December won't be dispatched until we return from our christmas break in January 2023
