Dispatch, Postage, Delivery

DISPATCH TIME our dispatch time is in working days, we're very busy all year round so please make note of the processing times before placing your order.

Our current dispatch time is approximately 3-5 working days, please note this can decrease or increase depending on how busy we are.  If your order is time sensitive please do not choose our Standard shipping service at the checkout, we have a Priority service which will suit you better.


UK shipping - a fixed £3.99 for all items upto £99.99 - via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

-Orders over £100 qualify for FREE DELIVERY - via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

-Priority shipping (1-3 working days) is a fixed £15.00 charge - via Royal Mail 24hr tracked.


Please note dispatch is not the same as delivery, you will need to add Royal Mail's delivery times onto our dispatch time. Royal Mail delivery times are outside of our control and can be longer during peak seasons.

All orders are sent via a fully tracked door to door service via Royal Mail 48 or 24hr dependent on your selection at the checkout.  Royal Mail delivery times can vary during busy periods, and we hold no responsibility for postal delays as this is outside of our control.

Incorrect addresses - Creative Blossom takes not responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses, we ship to the address that you input when you place your order.

Tracked service - all orders are sent via a door to door tracked service, you will receive your tracking number once your item is dispatched via an automated email.  If you're not home when delivery is attempted you can arrange for a re-delivery via the tracking details.  If your order is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the re-shipping charge for us to re-send your order.

We only deliver within the UK and Ireland.

IRELAND - a fixed £12.99 regardless of the size of your order, please note that as a result of Brexit you are now soley responsible for any customs charges and import tax/fees to be paid before delivery of your item can be made.  We take no responsibility for this, any items that are returned to us as a result will be held until the re-shipping charge is paid to allow us to re-ship your order.
