DISPATCH  our dispatch time is in working days, we're very busy all year round so please make note of the processing times before placing your order.

Standard shipping - a fixed £4.99 for all items upto £74.99 - via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

Priority shipping (1-2 working days) is a (fixed) £20.00 charge - via Royal Mail 24hr tracked.

Orders over £75 qualify for FREE DELIVERY - via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

DELIVERY

All orders are sent via a fully tracked door to door service via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked or 24 hour tracked dependent on your selection at the checkout.  Royal Mail delivery times can vary during busy periods, and we hold no responsibility for postal delays as this is outside of our control. 

You will receive your tracking number once your item is dispatched via an automated email.  If you're not home when delivery is attempted you can arrange for a re-delivery via the tracking details.  If your order is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the re-shipping charge for us to re-send your order.

Incorrect addresses - Creative Blossom takes not responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses, we ship to the address that you input when you place your order.
